(CASA)  through our website CASAswmi.org (“website”). Specifically, the policy outlines the types of information that we gather about you while you are using the website, and the ways in which we use and share this information.

To enable you to enjoy certain features of our services, we collect certain types of information, including personally identifiable information. For example, we collect information when you: 

Provide Us Your Credit Card and Billing Information. To enable ease of donations, our vendors (such as paypal or square) may collect  credit card information for recurring contributions paid by credit card. This information will only be shared with those third parties who we have hired to perform these tasks. CASA does not retain this information on our systems. 

Send us an email: You also may decide to send us personally identifying information, for example, in an electronic mail message containing a question or comment. We use personally identifying information from email primarily to respond to your requests. We may forward your email to other board or staff who are better able to answer your questions. We may also use your email to contact you in the future about our programs or events that may be of interest. 

We will not obtain personally identifying information about you when you visit our site, unless you choose to provide such information to us. Providing such information is strictly voluntary. 

Information We Collect Using Technology  

Device Information. We collect and utilize information provided from a device used to access our website however, we do not have capability to track a specific device to a user. 

Cookies. Our website is hosted by godaddy.com. While CASA does  not independently utilize cookies, pixel trackers, server logs, and any Internet technology in order to measure the effectiveness of the website if you are concerned, you may contact godaddy.com to determine the extent of their use of this information. 

Analytics. We may collect information, reports and analysis about the usage and browsing patterns of users of the website. This information may show the links or search terms used to access our website. These reports contain aggregated data only, and do not identify individual users. 

IP Addresses. We log Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, or the location of your computer on the Internet. We use this information in an aggregate fashion to track access to our Web sites and mobile applications 

Log Files. We may also automatically log certain usage information about your use of the Services. This information includes a reading history of the pages you view or a traffic summary.

Providing the Services You Request  

We use the information we gather about you to enable your use of our online donation system, assist in fund raising efforts and provide electronic newsletters. 

Statistical Analysis  

We use the information, including analytics and statistical information, to analyze the use of the website 

Service Providers to CASA 

We contract with other companies to provide services on our behalf most notably credit-card processing, e-mail distribution and fund raising management. We provide these companies only with the information they need to perform their services. These service providers are restricted from using this data in any way other than to provide services for us, and they may not share, resell or use the data for their own marketing purposes. 

Compliance With Legal Process  

We may disclose personal information if we are required to do so by law.

Information Collected from Children  

CASASWMI.org is a general audience site, and we do not knowingly collect information about children or sell products to children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, you must ask your parent or guardian to assist you in using our website.
